To help with any queries, here is a list of frequently asked questions about my art. If you don’t see an answer to your question, please send a message.

Can you paint me my favourite album?

Unfortunately, Mark is currently no longer taking commissions for giant album paintings.

Are your paintings for sale?

Yes, all paintings are for sale and can be bought directly from the website. Or, if you want to discuss buying a particular artwork, please do send a message.

Are your paintings hand painted?

Yes, the painting starts as a blank canvas and is entirely hand painted from scratch.

Can you paint my portrait?

Yes, portraits are a favourite subject of mine. I am able to paint a portrait from both a good photograph, and a personal sitting. Please get in contact to discuss what you have in mind?

Can I pay for art in instalments?

Yes, you can pay in manageable payments, with the painting delivered after the final instalment has been paid.

Are the paintings framed?

Not all paintings are framed. If you would like the piece to be delivered framed. Please make contact prior to purchase to discuss framing options and cost.

Do you ship to international countries?

Yes, I have shipped my art many times to the USA, Australia, and the Far East. I use a trusted shipping agent with experience of sending art abroad. It is more expensive, but if an original piece is lost or damaged in transit, it cannot be replaced, so this ensures the art is transported safely and securely as possible with peace of mind. As shipping costs fluctuate, please make contact to obtain an accurate cost for shipping.

Do you ship to EU countries?

Sadly, due to General Product Safety Regulations, I am no longer able to ship to European countries or Northern Ireland.

Can I return a painting or print?

If you are unhappy with the artwork please make contact as soon as possible to discuss. Artworks made to order cannot be returned for a full refund as each print and frame is made bespoke, so any return will be deducted the cost. If a problem cannot be resolved, returns are accepted within 14 days and the artwork must be returned at your cost undamaged.

If I buy one, will I want another?

Mark has many regular clients who return to buy more than one piece. During the course of delivering his artworks to people’s homes, Mark has had the privilege of seeing some amazing art collections.
