A unique hand painted and 3-dimensional piece depicting a fictional 60/70s British sleaze magazine highlighting lyrics from The Kinks classic song, Lola.

Written by Ray Davies, the song details an encounter with a cross dresser in a Soho nightclub. Some of the song lyrics have been adapted into sensational headlines in the style used on the front cover of pulp magazines from the time.

Hand painted in acrylic paint on canvas and constructed into a 3-dimensional magazine replica with creases and dog earred corners to represent the worn and aged paper.
